We came to the mountains for a few days of relaxation after a busy Christmas. Since things are quieter tonight, Grayson finally got a much needed bath in a gigantic hot tub.

Grayson made his TV debut today. The NBC station invites the children of their employees to come listen to The Night Before Christmas every year. This year Papa was able to invite Grayson. He did a great job of listening and sitting still.

Our first trip to the ER- in the middle of the night, of course!

Grayson began wheezing so bad and is still coughing, so after 3 recommendations from ask-a-nurse lines, we headed out at 2 am for the hospital. After a deep nose suctioning and an ear infection diagnosis, we went home with 3 new prescriptions and a large bill (I'm sure).

Grayson went to bed at 8, then woke up at 9 because his teeth were hurting. So, we gave him tylenol, which makes him super hyper. He played until after 11 before crashing for the night.

Today's post is somewhat of a continuation from yesterday. We had Grayson's 6 month/Christmas pictures taken last night, but didn't get to view them until today. After spending 2 hours at the studio yesterday, we had to go back for another 2 hours to view, decide, and wait for them to be printed. After seeing the pictures you will see, it was worht the wait. We took Grayson to an infant massage class tonight. It definitely took 2 of us to try to hold him down. The instructors said that the babies usually like massage and calm down while being massaged. But, not this kiddo. The oil we used must have given him a second wind and he became really interested in the other kids. He was rolling all over the place and fighting us to stay still.

We went to Cheesecake Factory today for lunch and as soon as we sat down, the waitress came to serve Grayson a plate of bread and banana slices. It was very nice. Too bad he has no teeth and has not eaten any real food yet. Oh well. We ate it for him.
